We flew into Auckland, New Zealand and drove straight to Rotorua for two nights. Driving south, the Airbnb we stayed in for two nights in Taupo was just two blocks from the lake. After driving south to Wellington and spending one night, we took a ferry and train to Christchurch. We spent one night in Christchurch and then drove further south to Queenstown spending three nights before flying back to Auckland for our last two nights (New Zealand Family Reunion).
